VUCA情境下现代综合医院项目精益建造策略选择与实践研究

摘要：现代综合医院项目作为一个复杂的社会技术系统，具有明显的VUCA情境特征。精益建造策略分为传统策略和更具灵活性的松弛策略，需要依据建设项目特点和精益建造策略追求的目标进行合理选择。本文构建VUCA情境下的精益建造策略选择矩阵，通过案例项目实践指出，价值管理、流程管理、LPS等传统策略与松弛策略协同响应VUCA情境，并丰富与拓展了灵活性和冗余策略中的松弛资源。

Research on Lean Construction Strategy Selection and Practice of Modern General Hospital Project under VUCA

Abstract: The modern general hospital project，as a complex socio-technical system，has distinct VUCA situational characteristics.Lean construction strategies are distinguished between traditional strategies and more flexible slack strategies，which need to be selected based on the characteristics of the construction project and the goals pursued by the strategies.The paper builds a lean construction strategy selection matrix in the VUCA situation，through the practice of a hospital case project points out that the value management，process management，LPS strategies and slack strategies synergistically respond to the VUCA situation，and the flexibility as well as the slack resources in redundancy strategies are enriched and expanded.
