住宅工程验房机制与验房制度研究
摘要：住宅工程“验房”关系群众利益，是重要的民生问题，通过对自助验房、第三方验房师验房、住户见证验收三种主要的验房方式的利弊分析，提出了建立科学规范的验房机制与验房制度的意见和建议，建立多元化验房机制，多渠道满足住房消费者验房的需求，促进验房工作健康发展。

Research on House Inspection Mechanism and House Inspection System
Abstract: The house inspection affects the vital interests of the people，and it’s an important livelihood issue.Through analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the three main ways that are householder inspection，third-party house inspector，and housing sub-verification，the paper points out the opinion and advice of the standard and scientific house inspection mechanism and house inspection system.Establishes a diversified house inspection mechanism to meet the needs of housing consumers through multiple channels，and promotes the healthy development of house inspection.
