社会资本参与乡村振兴的融资支持研究

摘要：随着社会资本参与乡村振兴进程的发展，融资支持的需求与日俱增。然而，社会资本参与乡村振兴面临融资支持的难题，突出表现为融资支持的激励约束制度缺失、不同领域的相宜融资模式尚缺、多元化融资市场机制有待建立、各方的风险分配制度尚有缺漏。因此，需要在借鉴国外有关经验基础上，从责任理念、效率原则、平等价值、安全思维等维度，就融资支持的激励约束制度、不同领域的适宜融资模式、多元融资市场机制以及风险分担体系等方面提出相应解决对策。

Research on Financing Support of Social Capital Participation in Rural Revitalization

Abstract: With the development of social capital participating in the process of Rural Revitalization，the demand for financing support is increasing.However，there are some financing support problems，which are highlighted by the lack of incentive and restraint system of financing support，the lack of suitable financing modes in different fields，the non-establishment of diversified financing market mechanism and the gaps and omissions of risk distribution system of all parties.Therefore，on the basis of relevant foreign experience，it is necessary to put forward relevant countermeasures on incentive and restraint system of financing support，suitable financing modes in different fields，diversified financing market mechanism and risk sharing system from the dimensions of responsibility concept，equal value，efficiency principle and safety thinking.
