基于ISM-MICMAC的绿色建筑高质量发展研究——以沈阳市为例
摘要：在查阅相关文献的基础上，从需求端、供给端、政府导向和产业成熟度四个层面识别沈阳市绿色建筑高质量发展的15个影响因素；通过构建解释结构模型(ISM)得到各影响因素间七层递阶关系，运用MICMAC分析法探究影响因素的驱动力和依赖性作用程度；最后提出绿色建筑高质量发展的具体措施，为产业内外部利益相关者作出科学决策提供参考。

Research on the High-quality Developmentof Green Building Based on ISM-MICMAC：A Case Study of Shenyang
Abstract: Through reviews of relevant literature，this paper identifies 15 factors affecting the high-quality development of green building in Shenyang from four levels of demand，supply，government orientation and industrial maturity.In addition，uses the Interpretation Structure Model(ISM)to obtain the seven-level hierarchical relationship among the influencing factors，and applies the MICMAC method to explore the effect degree of influencing factors from driving force and dependence.Finally，proposes specific measures for the high-quality development of green building，which provide references for stakeholders inside and outside the industry to make scientific decisions.
