双碳目标背景下我国绿色建筑高质量发展对策研究

摘要：绿色建筑节能减排低碳的内涵特征符合双碳目标的方向，然而当前社会主体参与度、接受度并不高。在梳理绿色建筑发展现状，探究双碳目标与绿色建筑的逻辑关联，分析绿色建筑存在的现实困境后，提出绿色建筑高质量发展的政策建议。

Countermeasures for High Quality Development of Green Buildings in China under the Background of “Double Carbon” Goal

Abstract: The connotation and characteristics of green building energy conservation，emission reduction and low carbon are in line with the direction of the “double carbon” goal.However，at present，the participation and acceptance of social subjects are not high.After combing the development status of green buildings，exploring the logical relationship between the “double carbon” goal and green buildings，and analyzing the practical difficulties of green buildings，this paper puts forward policy suggestions for the high-quality development of green buildings.
