南通植物园温室结构设计

摘要:南通植物园温室整体建筑造型优雅、轻盈,结构体系为扭转空间刚架结构。通过采用MIDAS/Gen软件对扭转空间刚架结构进行整体空间分析,并对屋面复杂关键节点进行细致有限元分析,给节点设计提供分析数据依据。因建筑造型需要,刚架纵向无法设置交叉支撑,将屋面幕墙系统设计为结构纵向传力体系,为刚架提供纵向刚度,同时使得结构具有更好的抗震性能。多榀刚架因杆件尺寸各不相同,同时空间角度扭转,施工吊装存在一定的风险,通过施工工况验算,给出吊装时注意事项,对现场刚架吊装工况提出指导性意见,保证工程顺利安装完成。

Structural design of greenhouse structure in Nantong Botanical Garden

Abstract: The overall architectural shape of the greenhouse in Nantong Botanical Garden is elegant and light, and the structural system is a torsion space rigid frame structure. By using MIDAS/Gen software, the overall spatial analysis of the torsional space rigid frame structure was carried out, and the detailed finite element analysis was carried out for the complex key nodes of the roof, which provides the analysis data basis for the node design. Due to the needs of architectural modeling, the rigid frame unable to set cross bracing in the longitudinal direction. The roof curtain wall system was designed as a longitudinal force transmission system of the structure, which provides longitudinal rigidity for the rigid frame and makes the structure have better seismic performance. Due to the different sizes of the members of several rigid frames and the torsion of the spatial angle, there were certain risks in the construction hoisting. Through the checking and calculation of the construction conditions, the precautions for hoisting were given, and the guiding opinions on the hoisting conditions of the on-site rigid frames were put forward to ensure the smooth installation of the project.
