BIM Execution Plan:Enterprise-Level and Project-Level Procedure
Abstract: Based on the development and current situation of international BIM technology practice, this paper takes "BIM Execution Plan" as the core link of BIM work implementation and management control, summarizes its origin, content and methods, and discusses its characteristics and operational points in the implementation practice.
