法国高质量环境评价体系与应用研究
摘要:介绍了法国高质量环境(high quality environment, HQE)建筑和城区的标准体系、适用情况和技术特点,对比分析了HQE非居住建筑评价标准(在建)和我国GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》的指标设置、技术要求和评价方法异同,并结合具体工程案例对典型指标在2部标准中的要求进行了研究对比,进一步对我国绿色建筑评价提出了建议。

French high quality environment assessment system and application research
Abstract: This paper presents the standard system, application condition and technical characteristics of French high quality environment(HQE) standard in building and district, and compares and analyses the differences in index structure, technical requirement and assessment method between HQE non-residential building assessment standard(under construction) and GB/T 50378-2019 Assessment standard for green building. Furthermore, the differences of typical indicators' related provisions in HQE and GB/T 50378-2019 are explored by considering a specific case practice, and some recommendations to green building assessment in China are put forward.
