援外成套项目电气标准应用探讨

摘要：结合援外成套项目实际案例, 针对项目中存在的问题进行分析, 总结经验教训, 探讨援外成套项目中电气规范标准的适用性问题, 重点从项目定位考虑经济发展水平、供配电适应当地习惯风俗、智能化系统分期建设等几个方面给出框架性建议。

Discussion on the Application of Electrical Standards in Foreign Aid Project

Abstract: In combination with the practical cases of foreign aid project, according to the analysis of the problems, the experience and lessons is summarized, the applicability of electrical specification standard in the foreign aid project is explored. And the framework suggestions are given mainly from several aspects, such as the project location to consider the recipient countries economic development level, power supply and distribution to adapt to the local habits and customs, intelligent systems to consider phased implementation.
