开关柜相关的涡流现象仿真分析

摘要:开关柜内的载流母排和柜壁存在明显的涡流现象。本文在理论上简化分析了开关柜中存在的涡流现象机理,通过涡流仿真得出柜内母排的电流密度和功率分布规律,指出涡流是导致柜内部分母排导体功率过高的原因,并讨论了改善的措施。通过仿真计算得到了某模型柜柜壁的涡流密度分布、涡流功率分布,仿真结果和实验结果也能够较好的对应。

Eddy Current Simulation Analysis of Switchboards

Abstract: There are extra losses in conductors and steel walls in switchboards because of eddy current. In this paper, eddy current phenomenon of skin effect and proximity effect is explained in simplified way. The eddy current density and power distribution of bus bars in switchboards is simulated, eddy current is regarded as the reason of particularly high power bus bars in switchboards, and some solutions are analyzed to improve the power distribution. The eddy current and power distribution of steel wall in a prototype is also simulated. The simulation result conform well to the test result.
