既有住宅改造中内装电气技术应用
摘要：通过对两套既有住宅——安德里和文兴街居住者需求的分析和结构特点的梳理，配合内装专业对住宅套内空间和使用功能的改造，分别提出适用于两套住宅的内装电气技术。在项目实施过程中，对所采用的内装电气技术进行深入研究，优化各项技术的实施方法和手段，探讨出适用于住宅多种变化的需求，为既有住宅改造提供技术支持，同时为发展适用于内装工业化的电气技术体系、推进装配式住宅的内装工业化提供参考。

Application of Interior Electrical Technology in the Renovation of Existing Residences
Abstract: Based on the analysis of residents' needs and structural characteristics of two existing houses, Andli street and Wenxing street, as well as the renovation of interior space and use function by interior decoration specialty, the interior electrical technology suitable for two sets of houses is proposed respectively. In the process of the project implementation, the in-depth study of the internal electrical technology is carried out, the implementation methods and means of various technologies are optimized, and the requirements suitable for various changes of residential buildings are discussed, providing technical support for the transformation of existing residential buildings, and providing reference for the development of electrical technology system suitable for interior decoration industrialization and promoting the interior decoration industrialization of prefabricated housing.
