华为千兆无线网络技术在制丝电控集成系统中的应用

摘要:“工业4. 0”的出现引导人们建立全新的工业模式,又一次掀起工业变革的浪潮。但无论哪一种“工业4. 0”的实现路径,都离不开工业化和信息化的深度融合,离不开无线、移动等网络技术的普及和保障。上海烟草浦东科技创新园区(北地块)联合实验生产工房制丝电控集成系统项目有效利用HUAWEI工业级千兆无线网络技术,增加了生产操作的灵活性,便于了解生产现状,及时发现问题、处理问题,提高了生产效率,将其优势完美体现在制丝线现场监控与生产控制中,推进制造过程智能化,打造智能工厂。

Abstract: The emergence of " Industry 4. 0" has led people to establish a new industrial model and once again raised a tide of industrial revolution. However,any implementation path of " Industry 4. 0 " is inseparable from the deep integration of industrialization and informationization, as well as the popularization and guarantee of network technologies such as wireless network and mobile network. The project of joint experimental production workshop tobacco-cutting electronic control integrated system of Shanghai Tobacco Group Co.,Ltd. Pudong technological innovation parks( north) effectively utilizes HUAWEI gigabit wireless technology of industrial grade,Increased flexibility in production operations,easy to understand the current production situation, timely identification of problems, handling of problems,improved production efficiency,and perfectly reflects its advantages in the on-site monitoring and production control of the tobacco primary processing line,so as to promote intelligent manufacturing process and build intelligent factory.
