用地紧张水厂不停产改扩建工程设计与实践

摘要:某净水厂原设计规模10万m3/d,为满足实际用水需求,将该厂规模扩容至13万m3/d。针对现有水源水质条件和现行的生活饮用水水质标准,在用地紧张、涉及大量新旧衔接、无法停产改造且还需兼顾预留深度处理用地情况下,通过对项目重难点进行深入分析以及对现状设施的充分评估,完成了本工程精细化设计。在设计过程中对工艺路线选择、总图设计、建设与实施步骤等均进行了细致思考,较经济地实现了工程目标。

Continuous reconstruction and expansion project design and practice of waterworks with land tension

Abstract: An existing waterworks had a designed capacity of 10×104 m3/d,in order to meet water demand,its capacity would increase to 13×104 m3/d after reconstruction and expansion.In view of the existing water quality condition and the current drinking water quality standards,in the case of the floor space was limited and involved a lot of connection between the old and new and without interruption production and giving consideration to reserved land for advanced treatment process.Through the in-depth analysis of the key and difficult points of the project and the full evaluation of the existing facilities,the fine design of the project was completed.In the design process,the process route selection,general layout design,construction and implementation steps were carefully considered,achieved the goals economically of the project.
