上跨既有改造铁路35m现浇PCR箱梁施工关键技术研究

摘要:基于渝黔铁路重庆建桥园区段35m现浇PCR箱梁上跨既有电气化改造铁路小梨线工程,深入分析研究了工程桩+桩顶托梁+钢管柱+贝雷梁的支架现浇方法。详细介绍了工程桩施工、托梁施工、钢管柱安装、分配梁(横梁)安装、贝雷梁安装、支撑系统安装、模板施工、预拱度设置、钢筋安装、混凝土施工以及预应力施工等关键技术。箱形连线桥的顺利完工且经检算强度、刚度与稳定性均满足规范要求。

Research on the Key Construction Technology of 35m Cast-in-place PCR Box Girder Overpassing Existing Reconstructing Railway

Abstract: Based on the project of 35 m cast-in-place PCR box girder overpasses existing electrified reconstructing railway, namely, the Xiaoli line, which is attached to Chongqing-Guizhou railway, located in Jianqiaoyuan district, Chongqing, this paper made a deep analysis and study on the cast-in-place bracket construction method. This paper mainly introduced engineering pile, pile-top joist, steel pipe column and bailey beam, whose key construction technologies include engineering pile construction, joist construction, steel pipe column installation, distribution girder(crossbeam) installation, bailey beam installation, support system installation, formwork construction, pre-camber setting, steel bars fabrication and installation, concrete construction and prestress construction. The box-type connecting bridge was completed successfully and its strength, stiffness and stability can meet the code requirements.
