盾构机快速始发技术在隧道施工中的应用研究

摘要:现有盾构施工技术要求地铁车站始发端封顶后方可开展盾构机始发施工,当遇到工期紧张、环境管控等特殊原因,需在始发端未封顶的工况下开展盾构始发施工时,现有施工技术将不能有效指导施工。以郑州某地铁工程为例,阐述了始发端未封顶的工况下开展盾构机始发施工的可行性和关键实施步骤。实际应用效果表明,该施工技术可确保在始发端未封顶的工况下,安全、高效地开展盾构机始发施工,从而缩短工期、降低成本。

Abstract: The existing shield construction technology requires that the shield machine starting construction can be carried out only after the starting end of the metro station is capped. In case of special reasons such as tight construction period, environmental control and so on, the existing construction technology will not be able to effectively guide the construction when the starting end is not capped. Taking a subway project in Zhengzhou as an example, this paper expounds the feasibility and key implementation steps of shield machine starting construction under the condition that the starting end is not capped. The practical application results show that the construction technology can ensure the safe and efficient start-up construction of shield machine under the condition that the starting end is not capped, so as to shorten the construction period and reduce the cost.
