扰动地层加固技术与效果评价研究

摘要:针对由采砂引起的特殊地质状况,采用高压喷射注浆法加固主桥桥位处的受扰动地层,通过有限元软件,建立高压喷射注浆法加固扰动地层前后的群桩有限元模型,研究受荷后群桩基础的工作性能。结果表明,采用高压喷射注浆法加固扰动地层具有良好的效果,且处理方案可有效解决由于采砂扰动引起的扩孔和护筒掉落现象,提升群桩基础的工作性能与施工质量。

Research on Reinforcement Technology and Effect Evaluation of Disturbed Stratum

Abstract: The disturbed stratum is reinforced by high pressure jet grouting,for the special geological conditions caused by sand excavation. The finite element models of pile group foundation are established before and after reinforced disturbed stratum by high pressure jet grouting,the working performance of pile group foundation under load is studied. The analysis results show that the high pressure jet grouting has good reinforcement effect on disturbed stratum for sand excavation, it effectively solves the phenomena of reaming and falling of steel casing caused by sand excavation during construction process of pile foundation. The working performance and construction quality of group pile foundation are improved.
