深圳宝安国际机场卫星厅紧邻已运营地铁上盖转换结构微扰动施工技术

摘要:深圳宝安国际机场卫星厅深基坑项目中,为解决距离已运营地铁隧道顶板0.2~0.5m工况下进行深基坑施工的问题,研发紧邻地铁深基坑施工技术,采用降水后分条开挖+压载板的方式进行土方开挖与结构施工;同时为降低地铁安全风险,采取已运营地铁遗留地下连续墙微扰动切割施工技术和地铁抗浮专项措施,最终顺利完成深基坑工程,地铁最终累计形变仅0.6mm,成功保护地铁。

Micro-disturbance Construction Technology of Satellite Hall of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport Adjacent to the Cover Conversion Structure Operated

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the deep foundation excavation construction of the satellite hall of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. A construction technology of deep foundation excavation adjacent to subway was developed to solve the problem of deep foundation excavation construction being only 0. 2 ~0. 5 m far away from the roof of the subway tunnel in operation. A combined method of slicing excavation and ballast plate after precipitation was adopted to carry out earthwork excavation and structure construction. Meanwhile,such construction technologies as micro-disturbance cutting of the underground diaphragm wall left by the subway in operation and special anti-floating measures of the subway were adopted to reduce the safety risk of the subway. Finally,the deep foundation excavation project has been completed smoothly,and the subway has been protected successfully,with the accumulated deformation of the subway being only 0. 6 mm.
