远程实时模架安全监测数据采集系统研发与应用

摘要:研发远程实时模架安全监测数据采集系统,并将其应用于多个工程中。该系统采用有线或无线的方式进行近程数据采集,采用4G数据传输技术实现远程数据采集,进而实现模架受力与变形实时、可靠监测,并具备限值报警功能。工程应用表明,远程实时模架安全监测数据采集系统安装简单、操作方便、性能可靠,有利于提高模架施工质量,保证施工安全。

Development and Application of Remote Real-time Safety Monitoring Data Acquisition System in Construction Formwork Supports

Abstract: This paper developed the remote real-time safety monitoring data acquisition system in construction formwork supports,and applied it in some projects. The wired or wireless way to short-range acquire data and 4G data transmission technology to remote acquire data was adopted in the system,which can be used to real-time and reliable monitor construction formwork supports stress and deformation. The system also has the characteristic of limit alarm. In the engineering application,the remote real-time safety monitoring data acquisition system in construction formwork supports is easy to install and operate,the performance of the system is reliable,it is helpful to develop construction quality of the formwork supports and ensure construction safety.
