极近保护条件下烟囱爆破拆除技术

摘要:对云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州瑞丽市芒喊砖厂烟囱进行近体防护爆破拆除,爆破拆除时需考虑烟囱周边存在多个需保护的建(构)筑物、周边环境较复杂、烟囱已年久未用且表观风化致裂等因素的影响。基于周边环境和烟囱结构特点,采用定向控制爆破拆除技术,利用正梯形切口确保倒塌精度。借鉴已有工程经验设计合理的爆破参数,并采取预处理措施。采用经济适用的防护材料进行近体防护,使飞散物得到有效控制,达到良好爆破拆除效果。

Chimney Blasting Demolition Technology Under Extremely Close Protection Condition

Abstract: The chimney of Manghan Brick Factory in Ruili,Dehong Dai-Jingbo Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province is to be demolished by blasting with near body protection. In the process of blasting and demolishing,there are some factors must be considered,such as many buildings and structures around the chimney that need to be protected,the surrounding is complex,the chimney with weathering induced cracks has not been used for a long time. Based on the characteristics of the surrounding and the chimney structure,the directional controlled blasting technology is adopted,and the trapezoidal incision is used to ensure the accuracy of collapse. Based on the engineering experiences,the reasonable blasting parameters are designed and the pretreatment measures are taken. The economical and applicable protective materials are used to strengthen the near body protection,so that the flying materials can be effectively controlled and good blasting effect of demolition can be achieved.
