MJS工法超长高压旋喷桩在深基坑止水工程中的应用

摘要:以上海瑞虹新城10号地块发展项目为依托,对MJS工法超长高压旋喷桩在深基坑止水工程中的应用进行研究。结合MJS工法施工工艺原理,总结该工法应用于超深土层时的施工特点与关键控制要素。现场试桩试验结果表明,MJS工法超长高压旋喷桩成桩质量较好,在20m深度处成桩直径可达2.55~2.80m,且桩身无侧限抗压强度>1.3MPa;止水加固施工对周围土体的影响较小,施工引起的地表竖向位移<2.22mm、距试桩边界6m处深层土体最大水平位移<4mm。

Application of the MJS Method Ultra-long High-pressure Jet Grouting Pile in Deep Foundation Excavation Waterproof Engineering

Abstract: Based on the project of No.10 plot named Ruihong New Town in Shanghai,the application of the MJS method ultra-long high-pressure jet grouting pile in deep foundation excavation waterproof engineering was studied. Combined with the construction principle of the MJS method, the main construction characteristics and key control factors during the construction of the pile in ultra-deep soil layers were summarized. The field test results show that the MJS method ultra-long high-pressure jet grouting piles have good pile quality,the diameter can reach 2. 55 ~ 2. 80 m at the depth of 20 m,and the unconfined compressive strength is more than 1. 3 MPa. The waterproof reinforcement construction has little influence on the surrounding soils. The vertical ground surface displacement is less than 2. 22 mm,and the maximum horizontal displacement of the deep soil at the distance of 6 m from the designed pile boundary is less than 4 mm.
