非营利组织主导的老旧工业区更新模式及其适用性探讨——美国圣路易斯Cortex创新社区的经验

摘要：结合美国圣路易斯老旧工业区更新由非营利组织Cortex主导的案例，从更新主体、资金来源、更新过程等入手分析非营利组织主导的老旧工业区更新模式的特点，从多元主体参与、核心竞争力塑造、阶段性目标适时调整等方面提炼其对我国城市更新的借鉴意义，并探讨非营利组织主导模式在我国的适用性，以期为我国老旧工业区更新提供思路参考。

Discussion on Modes and Its Applicability of the Renewal of Old Industrial Zone Dominated by Non-profit Organization:Experience of Cortex Innovation Community in St. Louis,USA

Abstract: With the renewal of old industrial zones led by the non-profit organization Cortex in St. Louis,the United States,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the renewal model dominated by non-profit organization from the aspects of renewal subject,funding source,and renewal process,proposes reference significance for urban renewal in China from the perspectives of diversified subject participation,shaping core competitiveness,and timely adjustment of phased goals,and discusses the applicability of the mode,hopes to provide ideas and references for the renewal of old industrial zones in China.
