LNG接收站主要技术经济指标体系构建
摘要：在大量总结梳理LNG接收站工程建设项目数据的基础上，针对LNG接收站领域，构建涵盖建设期、运营期和综合指标三大体系共计21项指标的主要技术经济指标体系。研究成果可以为LNG接收站新建及改扩建项目各阶段的投资决策提供科学的支撑依据，并为LNG储气项目、转运站、加气站等项目的建设运营提供参考依据。

Construction of Main Technical and Economic Indicators of LNG Terminal
Abstract: On the basis of summarizing the data of LNG terminal construction projects,the main technical and economic index system covering three systems of construction period,operation period and comprehensive index,with 21 indexes in total,is constructed in the field of LNG terminal. The research results provide a scientific basis for the investment decision of each stage of the new construction and reconstruction of LNG terminal,and also provide an important reference for the construction and operation of LNG gas storage projects,transfer stations,filling stations and other projects.
