中国国际工程承包商业务生态位测度研究
摘要：通过统计2022年ENR国际工程承包商250强榜单发布的数据，分析国际工程领域的业务结构，并运用生态位测度模型对中国国际工程承包商在国际市场的主要竞争对手、优势业务领域及内部竞争情况进行测算。结果显示：中国国际工程承包商在制造业、石化、电信等业务领域的市场占有率仍然偏低，并且在电力、交通等领域正面临土耳其的冲击；此外，中国国际工程企业内部存在同质化竞争的问题。最后，提出中国国际工程承包商深入拓展海外市场的相应对策建议。

Research on the Market Ecological Niche Measurement of Chinese International Engineering Contractors
Abstract: Based on the list of the top 250 international contractors in 2022 released by ENR,this paper analyzes the market structure of the international contracting market and measures the main competitors,dominant fields,and internal competition of Chinese international engineering contractors in the international market using the ecological niche model. The results show that the market share of Chinese international project contracting in manufacturing,petroleum,and telecom is still low,and in power,transportation,and other fields,China is facing the impact of Turkey. Moreover,the problem of homogenization competition exists within Chinese contractors. Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the international contractors to expand the overseas market deeply.
