基础设施领域PPP项目绩效的关键影响因素分析——基于扎根理论的探索性研究
摘要：基于扎根理论探讨影响基础设施领域PPP项目绩效的关键影响因素，结果表明，项目特征、过程管理以及外部环境这3个主范畴对项目绩效具有显著影响，即项目特征和过程管理是微观项目层面的内驱变量，外部环境是宏观层面的外驱变量，同时，它们影响基础设施领域PPP项目绩效的方式和路径并不一致。基于此，本研究分析上述3个主范畴的构成因子及其对基础设施领域PPP项目绩效的影响模型（即特征—过程/环境—绩效模型）。本研究可以为公共部门有效识别基础设施领域PPP项目绩效的关键影响因素以及改善项目绩效提供参考。

Analysis of Key Influencing Factors of PPP Project Performance in Infrastructure:An Exploratory Research Based on Grounded Theory
Abstract: Based on Grounded theory,this paper discusses the key influencing factors of PPP project performance. The results show that the three key factors of project characteristics,process management and external environment have significant inf luence on project performance. Project characteristics and process management are micro-project level internal drive variables,the external environment is a macro-level external drive variable,and they affect the PPP infrastructure project performance and paths are not consistent. And,this study analyzes the constituent factors of the three key factors and their impacts on the PPP project performance model(i.e.,the characteristics—process/environment—performance model).This study can provide a reference for the key factors influencing the performance of PPP project in the public sector and improving the project performance.
