“双碳”目标下建筑工程全生命周期低碳发展对策研究

摘要:近年来,随着温室效应不断加剧,极端天气导致的重大自然灾害频发,采取有效的节能减碳措施以抑制全球气温升高已成为国际共识,我国也于2020年提出碳达峰与碳中和的“双碳”目标。建筑业是碳排放大户,所以建筑业低碳发展已成为我国实现“双碳”目标的关键。通过对建筑工程碳排放的碳源分析,基于建筑全生命周期碳减排的理念,从规划、设计、施工、运营及拆除各环节提出建筑低碳化发展的对策,以期为建筑行业绿色低碳高质量发展提供借鉴。

Research on the Countermeasures of Low-carbon Development in the Whole Life Cycle of the Architectural Engineering under the Goal of “Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality”

Abstract: In recent years,with the intensification of the greenhouse effect and the frequent occurrence of major natural disasters caused by extreme weather,it has become an international consensus to take effective energy-saving and carbon-reduction measures to curb global temperature rise. In 2020,our country also proposed the “dual carbon” goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. As a major carbon emitter,the construction industry is the key to our country's realization of the “dual carbon” goal. Through the carbon source analysis of carbon emissions in the construction industry,based on the concept of carbon emission reduction in the whole life cycle of buildings,the paper puts forward countermeasures for low-carbon development of buildings from planning,design,construction,operation and demolition,in order to provide green low-carbon and high-quality development reference for the construction industry.
