工程总承包模式双重性引起的管理困境分析
摘要：梳理工程总承包模式在中国实践过程中运行受挫的影响因素，分析得出管理困境的成因；通过分析技术成熟度与发包人对控制权需求两极化的关系，对两种适合采用工程总承包模式的项目类型加以区分，从而说明管理困境的表象；最后，通过明确两种类型的项目特征，针对发包人采用工程总承包模式的根本意图与选择的控制权配置方案不匹配引发的管理困境，提出解决此管理困境的匹配方案。

Analysis of the Management Dilemma Caused by the Duality of the Scope of Application of the General Contracting Model
Abstract: Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the evolution of the general contracting model in China and its operational frustration in the process of practice,the paper obtains the causes of the management dilemma. By analyzing the relationship between the technical maturity and the employer's polarized demand for control,analyzes the two suitable use cases,distinguishes the project types of the general engineering contracting mode,so as to illustrate the appearance of management dilemma. Finally,by clarifying the characteristics of the two types of projects,for the management dilemma caused by the mismatch of the fundamental intention of the contractor to adopt the general engineering contracting mode and the selected control right configuration,proposes scheme solution to this management dilemma.
