摘要:以新发大厦项目为例,系统介绍BIM技术、数字化、智能化在项目设计、施工过程中的应用。基于疏散分析、采光分析、机电深化设计、幕墙深化设计等方面系统论述了项目数字化设计应用与探索。结合EPC项目管理模式的特点,实现基于BIM的智能施工、现场平布、成本核算、设备运行模拟、可视化交底、智慧工地、进度管理、生产管理、安全管理等智慧管理平台,创新性地应用具有自主知识产权的SinoBIM设计系统,总结了基于BIM的数字设计、智能施工技术体系,实现项目管理信息化,为BIM技术在超高层公建领域的全过程、全要素落地提供实践案例。

Exploration and practice of intelligent construction technology system for super high-rise public buildings

Abstract: Taking Xinfa Building project as an example, the application of BIM technology, digitalization and intellectualization in project design and construction were systematically introduced. Based on evacuation analysis, lighting analysis, electromechanical deepening design, curtain wall deepening design and other aspects, the application and exploration of project digital design were systematically discussed. Combined with the characteristics of EPC project management mode, the intelligent management platforms based on BIM such as intelligent construction, site leveling, cost accounting, equipment operation simulation, visual disclosure, intelligent construction site, progress management, production management and safety management were realized, and the SinoBIM design system with independent intellectual property rights were applied creatively. The digital design and intelligent construction technology system based on BIM was summarized, the informatization of project management was realizes, and practical cases for the whole process and all elements of BIM technology in the field of super high-rise public construction were provided.
