摘要:某写字楼公寓项目为两栋功能相同塔楼对称布置的高187.2m的连体建筑,连接体为分别位于第10、19、28层的单层连廊,跨度为39.5m,项目具有连体刚度弱、竖向间距大等特点。从连接形式、连体结构体系、整体结构及连接体抗震性能、连接节点受力、舒适度、温度应力等方面进行分析,得到以下结论:经比选本项目采用刚性连接能够更好地满足建筑功能及建筑立面要求,连体结构采用带水平支撑的X向主钢梁+钢筋桁架楼承板体系;刚度较弱的连接体对塔楼动力特性影响小;弱连接体与塔楼刚接可减小连接体构件内力,可减小截面尺寸,减小施工难度;各连体层温度应力变化基本一致,楼板设计应叠加温度应力。

Design of a high-income connecting structure with multi-channel weak rigid connection

Abstract: An office building apartment project is a 187.2 m high connected building with two towers with the same function arranged symmetrically. The connectors are single-layer corridors with a 39.5 m span, located on the 10 th, 19 th, and 28 th floors. It has the characteristics of weak connection stiffness and large vertical spacing. From the analysis of the connection form, the system of the connected structure, the seismic performance of connector and the overall structure, the stress of the connecting node, the comfort level, the temperature stress, etc., the following conclusions show that: the rigid connection in this project can better meet the requirements of the building function and building fa9 ade, the connected structure adopts the X-direction main steel beam with horizontal support + steel truss floor deck system. Connector with weak stiffness has little influence on the dynamic characteristics of the tower. The rigid connection between the weak connector and the tower can reduce the internal force of the connector component, which can reduce the section size and reduce the construction difficulty. The temperature stress change of each connected layer is basically the same, and the internal force of temperature stress should be superimposed on the floor design.
