摘要:钢混装配式结构因涉及专业较多,导致钢构厂家、预制厂、施工单位等信息交换不及时,使构件设计深度不足,加工精度不高,施工方案可行性无法得到有效验证,不可保证装配式使用质量。依托某大剧院项目中BIM技术的应用,建立以BIM技术为主导的协同作业机制,消除钢混装配式结构在施工过程中的信息孤岛,利用一体化数字加工体系推动装配式建造。

Application of BIM Technology in Intelligent Construction of Steel Structure Concrete Prefabricated Hollow Floor

Abstract: Due to the large number of design majors of steel structure concrete prefabricated structure,the information exchange of steel structure manufacturers,prefabrication plants and construction units is not timely. Therefore,the design depth of components is insufficient,the machining accuracy is not high,the feasibility of the construction scheme cannot be effectively verified,and the use quality of the prefabricated type cannot be guaranteed. Based on the application of BIM of a large theater project,a collaborative operation mechanism dominated by BIM technology is established to eliminate information isolated islands of steel structure concrete prefabricated structure,and to promote intelligent construction of prefabricated buildings by using an integrated digital processing system.
