摘要:由于医疗功能多样、医疗工艺复杂,医疗建筑按照传统混凝土装配式建筑设计时,受到了构件种类多样,模板重复率低、成本高昂等诸多制约;按照钢结构装配式建筑设计时,受到建造成本、维护成本高及楼板标高多变等因素制约,严重阻碍了装配式建筑在医疗建筑中的实际应用。以武汉儿童医院西院结构设计为例,介绍了采用开大孔钢管混凝土柱-钢筋混凝土梁结构体系,并对结构构件和节点进行了试验研究、有限元分析和工程经验总结。结果表明,新的结构形式和节点方式,极大地减少了结构预制构件的数量,降低了结构成本,同时利用了钢管柱承载能力高,抗震性能好的特点,避免了混凝土装配构件节点质量难以保证的缺点,能灵活多变地满足医疗建筑功能复杂多样的要求,但仍存在一定的局限性。

Abstract: Due to the diverse medical functions and complex medical technology, when the medical building is designed according to the traditional concrete prefabricated building, it is subject to many constraints such as various types of components, low template repetition rate and high cost. When it is designed according to the steel structure prefabricated building, it is subject to many constraints such as high construction costs and maintenance costs and variable floor elevations, which have severely hindered the practical application of prefabricated buildings in medical buildings. Taking the structural design of the West Hospital of Wuhan Children's Hospital as an example, the use of a concrete-filled steel tubular column with large opening and reinforced concrete beam structure system was introduced, and experimental research, finite element analysis and engineering experience summary on structural members and nodes were conducted. The results show that the new structural form and joint method greatly reduce the number of structural prefabricated components and reduce the structural cost. At the same time, it takes advantage of the high load-bearing capacity and good seismic performance of steel tubular columns, avoiding shortcomings of difficult to ensure the quality of concrete assembly component joints, which can flexibly meet the complex and diverse requirements of medical buildings, but there are still certain limitations.
