摘要:为提高实体结构混凝土抗压强度检测精度,在总结了回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度的几点不足的基础上,提出了采用两种标称能量回弹仪协同检测混凝土抗压强度的组合回弹法,利用标称能量为2.207J和4.5J回弹仪两种回弹仪分别对混凝土试件浇筑侧面进行回弹,得到组合回弹值。依据不同强度等级试件的试验数据绘制组合回弹值与混凝土抗压强度散点图,利用最小二乘法对试验数据进行回归,拟合得到组合回弹法测强曲线公式,并给出组合回弹法检测技术的操作方法,提出组合系数的概念。最后,对实体工程结构构件采用组合回弹法进行检测,并与钻芯法测试结果进行对比。结果表明,组合回弹法测强曲线公式具有较高的精度,组合回弹法较之前的回弹检测方法具有更高的准确率。

Study on testing compressive strength of concrete by combined rebound method

Abstract: In order to improve detecting accuracy of concrete compressive strength of solid structure, on the basis of summarizing the shortcomings of the rebound method to detect the compressive strength of concrete, a combined rebound method using two nominal energy rebound instruments to jointly detect the compressive strength of concrete was proposed, and the combined rebound value was obtained by using two rebound instruments with nominal energy of 2.207J and 4.5J to rebound the pouring side of the concrete specimens. According to the test data of different strength grade specimens, the scatter plot of the combined rebound value and concrete compressive strength were drawn, and the test data were regressed by the least squares method, and the strength curve formula of the combined rebound method was obtained by fitting. The operation method of combined rebound detection technology was given, and the concept of combined coefficient was proposed. Finally, the combined rebound method was used to detect the structural components of the solid engineering structure, and the test results were compared with results of the core drilling method. The results show that the strength curve formula of the combined rebound method has higher accuracy and the combined rebound method has higher accuracy than the previous rebound detection method.
