摘要:以唐山地区的铁尾矿粉、铁尾矿砂、铁尾矿石分别替代粉煤灰、河砂、碎石作为混凝土的掺合料及粗细骨料,研究铁尾矿对混凝土与钢筋粘结性能的影响。结果表明:尾矿粉混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能比粉煤灰混凝土差;而尾矿粉-尾矿砂混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能优于尾矿粉混凝土;全尾矿混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能优于尾矿粉-尾矿砂混凝土且优于粉煤灰混凝土。

Experimental study on the influence of iron tailing on the bonding performance between concrete and steel bar

Abstract: The iron tailings powder, iron tailings sand and iron tailings in Tangshan area were used to replace fly ash, river sand and gravel respectively as admixture and coarse aggregate of concrete. The influence of iron tailings on the bonding performance between concrete and steel bar had been studied. The results show that the bonding performance of iron tailings powder concrete and steel bar is a little worse than that of fly ash concrete, while that of iron tailings powder-iron tailings sand concrete and steel bar is better than that of iron tailings powder concrete. The bonding performance of full iron tailings concrete and steel bar is better than that of iron tailings powder-iron tailings sand concrete and fly ash concrete.
