摘要:华润置地总部大厦属于超B级高度的超限高层建筑,采用带伸臂桁架和环桁架的框架-核心筒混合结构体系。首先对项目基本情况进行了介绍,给出了结构在风荷载和小震以及大震作用下的整体指标关键结果。然后针对东西侧框架梁柱节点偏心对整体模型刚度以及框架柱设计的影响进行了分析,得到了整体模型框架梁端刚度释放比例以及角柱等效长度系数。最后针对核心筒的缩进与转换,进行了重力和侧力下的墙体受力分析,并通过有限元模型进行验证。分析表明通过转换层以上墙体开洞、转换层楼板配筋加强等措施,能避免刚度突变,确保结构传力的有效性,满足抗震性能目标。

Abstract: Headquarter of China Resources Land Limited is a super high-rise building exceeding B-level requirement of height in the Chinese code, which adopts a hybrid frame-core tube structure system with outrigger and belt truss. Firstly, the basic situation of the project was introduced, and the key results of the overall index of the structure under wind load and frequent/rare earthquakes were given. Then, the effects of the eccentricity of the east-west frame beam-column joints on the stiffness of the whole model and the design of the frame column were analyzed, and the stiffness release ratio of the frame end and the equivalent length coefficient of the corner column were obtained. Finally, the wall force analysis under gravity and lateral force was carried out and verified by finite element model to study the core wall set back and transfer.The analysis shows that the sudden change of stiffness can be avoided by opening holes in the wall above the transfer floor and strengthening the reinforcement of the transfer floor, so as to ensure the effectiveness of the structural force transmission and meet the seismic performance objectives.
