摘要:JSCA提出了判定建筑物抗震性能等级的标准。为了判定抗震性能等级,采用了建筑设计中通常采用的容许应力计算法和极限水平承载力法的结果。使用实际设计的建筑和JSCA出版物中的设计实例对所提出的标准进行了验证。具体来说,使用质点系模型的非线性时程反应分析来验证和分析所提出的标准的有效性。

Abstract: JSCA proposes the judgment criteria for judging seismic performance level of buildings. To judge seismic performance level, the results of the allowable stress calculation method and the ultimate lateral capacity method, which are ordinarily adopted in the design of buildings, are used. In this paper, the proposed criteria are verified using the practically designed buildings and the design examples in JSCA's publications. Specifically, the results of nonlinear response history analysis using lumped mass model are applied to verify and analysis the validity of the proposed criteria.
