摘要:绍兴瑞丰银行大楼由两幢高度不一的塔楼组成,采用钢筋混凝土核心筒-矩形钢管混凝土柱-钢框架结构体系,两塔楼间采用单层平面索网幕墙、钢桁架及轻钢玻璃形成空中中庭,存在拉索幕墙与主体结构相互作用的影响。结构设计时根据单层平面索网水平拉力,确定上部塔楼采用钢桁架刚性连接。通过计算四个不同风工况的作用并考虑主体结构刚度影响确定索网初拉力,采用施工模拟分析不同张拉顺序的预应力损失规律及程度。用带索网的结构模型进行整体结构分析,并对结构关键构件进行抗震性能化设计。在水平索一端设限力保护装置,在超设计风压作用下该装置能有效减小索拉力,保护主体结构的安全性。分析结果表明:结构各项指标均满足规范相关要求。

Structural design on system of double tower with sing-layer plane cable net of Shaoxing Ruifeng Bank

Abstract: Shaoxing Ruifeng Bank building is composed of two towers with different heights and adopts reinforced concrete core tube, concrete filled rectangular steel tubular column and steel frame structure system. The single-layer plane cable net curtain wall, steel truss and light steel glass were used between the two towers to form an atrium. The interaction between cable curtain wall and main structure exists. In the structure design, the steel truss rigid connection was adopted for the upper tower according to the horizontal tension of the single-layer plane cable net. The initial tension of cable net was determined by calculating the effects of four different wind conditions and considering the influence of the stiffness of the main structure. The law and degree of prestress loss in different tensioning sequences were analyzed by construction simulation. The structural model with cable net was used to analyze the whole structure, and the seismic performance-based design of the key components of the structure was carried out. The force limiting protection device was used at end of the horizontal cable, under the action of super-design wind pressure, the device can effectively reduce the cable tension and protect the safety of the main structure. The analysis results show that each index of the structure meets the relevant requirements of the code.
