摘要:浙江省全民健身中心建筑高度61m,为垂直叠加多种功能、大空间竖向叠合的体育健身场馆,采用钢框架(钢桁架)-混凝土剪力墙结构,均匀分布的剪力墙形成了主要抗侧力体系,大跨度运动场馆的重力荷载通过钢管混凝土柱传至基础。采用YJK、ETABS及MIDAS Gen软件对结构整体指标、重要桁架内力和变形进行对比分析,三者计算结果一致、可信。介绍了大跨度运动场馆的舒适度设计及加强措施,通过施工模拟分析研究了大跨度转换桁架的受力情况和结构在各种作用下的工作性能,并对节点进行了有限元应力分析。计算结果表明,采用TMD能较好地控制结构竖向振动加速度;通过在板件连接部位设置适当的加劲肋,可以有效地缓解应力集中,控制应力水平;结构传力途径直接、明确,结构体系合理、安全可靠。

Structural design of Zhejiang National Fitness Center

Abstract: The building height of Zhejiang National Fitness Center is 61 m. It is a sports and fitness venue that vertically superimposes multiple functions and large spaces vertically stacked. It adopts a steel frame(steel truss)-concrete shear wall structure, and the uniformly distributed shear walls form the main lateral force resistance system. The gravity load of the large-span sports venue is transmitted to the foundation through the concrete-filled steel tubular column. YJK, ETABS and MIDAS Gen programs were used to compare and analyze the structural overall indexes, internal forces and deformations of important trusses, and the calculation results from the three programs are consistent and credible. The comfortableness design and strengthening measures of the large-span sports venue were introduced, and the stress conditions of the large-span transfer truss and the working performance of the structure under various actions were studied through construction simulation analysis, and the finite element stress analysis of the nodes was carried out. The calculation results show that the vertical vibration acceleration of the structure can be well controlled by using TMD; the stress concentration can be effectively relieved and the stress level can be controlled by setting appropriate stiffeners at the connection parts of the plates; the structural force transmission path is direct and clear, and the structural system reasonable, safe and reliable.
