污水处理厂微氧曝气-多段AO工艺优化运行实践
摘要:某城镇污水处理厂设计规模12万m3/d,采用AAO-MBR工艺,为了保证出水TN稳定达标(≤10mg/L),外加碳源量较大,电耗较高,导致运行成本过高。通过将传统AAO工艺调整为微氧曝气-多段AO工艺运行方式,在实际进水水质明显提高的情况下,改造后出水水质指标均优于改造前的水平,其中TN去除率提高约6%,且外加碳源量减少约92%,运行能耗降低约62%,取得了较好的经济效益和环境效益。

Application of micro oxygen aeration multi stage AO process in optimal operation mode of wastewater treatment plant
Abstract: The design scale of a town sewage treatment plant is 120 000 m3/d,AAO-MBR process was adopted,In order to ensure that the effluent TN is stable and up to standard(≤10 mg/L),the amount of additional carbon source is large,and the power consumption is high,which leads to high operation cost.The traditional AAO process is adjusted to the micro oxygen aeration multi-stage a/o process.Under the condition of the actual water quality improvement,the effluent quality index after the transformation is better than the level before the transformation,among which TN removal rate is increased by 6%,the added carbon source is reduced by 92%,the operation energy consumption is reduced by about 62%,and the environmental and economic benefits are achieved.
