EPC项目施工过程中成本管控的常见问题及对策研究

摘要：EPC组织模式下，如项目施工过程中出现变更或成本管控不力，会对项目的效益产生重要影响。结合EPC项目施工过程中影响成本管控的常见问题，包括项目分包合同条款对分包界面约定模糊、施工过程中设计变更频繁、成本管控细化不到位、物料采购成本偏高、以及施工浪费等，从制度管理、组织管理和数字信息化三方面提出相应的对策建议，以期为总包单位EPC项目的成本管控提供参考。

Research on Common Problems and Countermeasures of Cost Control During the Construction of EPC Projects

Abstract: Problems of engineering change and lack of control will have significant influence on the profit. This paper explores the common problems such as ambiguous agreement on subcontracting interface in the subcontract clause of EPC project,frequent design changes in the construction process,insufficient cost control detail,serious waste of material construction and high procurement cost,and analyzes the reasons from the three aspects of system management,organization management and digital informatization,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which provides reference for the cost control in the construction process of EPC project.
