中国建筑业和房地产业的发展趋势——基于对城镇化进程的再判断
摘要：从宏观角度上看，建筑业和房地产业的发展与城镇化进程息息相关。而七普数据显示，中国城镇化水平被明显低估了。利用最新的国内外数据，对中国城镇化发展进程进行再判断，并在此基础上分析建筑业和房地产业的发展趋势。

Development Trend of China’s Construction Industry and Real Estate Industry：Based on the Judgment of Urbanization Process
Abstract: From a macro perspective，the development of construction industry and real estate industry is closely related to the process of urbanization.The data of the seventh census show that China’s urbanization level is obviously underestimated.Using the latest data of China and other countries，this paper rejudges the development process of urbanization in China，and analyzes the development trend of construction industry and real estate industry.
