城市商圈街区更新项目管理难点与应对措施

摘要：阐述城市商圈街区更新项目管理的内容和特点，结合具体案例从平面布置、地下管线、施工协调、变更洽商、时间限制、季节性施工和突发活动影响方面详细介绍商圈街区更新项目管理的难点，最后提出有针对性的应对措施，为今后类似项目施工管理提供参考。

Management Difficulties and Countermeasures of Urban Business District Block Renewal Project

Abstract: This paper expounds the contents and characteristics of block renewal project management of urban business circles，detailedly introduces the difficulties of which with the combination of specific cases，and carries out the introduction from the aspects of plane layout，underground pipeline，construction coordination，negotiation of change，time constraint，seasonal construction，and the impact of unexpected events.In the end，puts forward targeted countermeasures，in order to provide the reference for the similar project construction management in the future.
