基于BIM的城市轨道交通项目施工成本管控研究——以武汉轨道交通12号线江北段)工程为例

摘要：基于施工阶段全过程管理的视角，分析BIM在城市轨道交通施工准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段的成本管控中的应用。以轨道交通12号线(江北段)工程为例，阐述BIM在城市轨道交通项目施工成本控制中的具体应用情况，以期为类似项目成本控制提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the perspective of the whole process management in the construction stage，this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the cost control in the early stage，construction stage and final acceptance stage of urban rail transit project construction.Taking Wuhan line 12(Jiangbei section)project as an example，explains the application of BIM technology in cost control of the construction stage for urban rail transit project，in order to provide reference for cost control of similar projects.
