孝感市文化中心复杂超限结构设计
摘要:孝感市文化中心平面为椭圆形,且平面尺寸从下至上逐层扩大,是倒悬外挑结构。为解决结构外围设置钢筋混凝土斜柱、各层楼板开大洞、A、B座顶部结构相连等结构设计难题,提出以下加强措施:在与斜柱相交的内侧框架梁内设置预应力钢绞线从而简化力学模型确定楼板配筋;加强混凝土斜柱节点构造;A、B座相连的门厅通高区域柱顶设置混凝土拉梁形成水平桁架;A、B座屋盖采用曲面四角锥网架结构;A、B座之间钢雨棚采用双向交叉布置的管形翼缘钢梁。结果表明,普通钢筋混凝土斜柱方案采取上述措施后用于倒悬外挑结构可达到经济高效、安全可靠的目的;管形翼缘钢梁应用于曲面结构可实现经济美观、受力合理、与建筑造型高度统一的结构,取得良好的综合效益。

Design of complex out-of-code structure for Xiaogan Cultural Center
Abstract: The plane of Xiaogan Cultural Center is oval, and the plane size expands layer by layer from bottom to top, which is an inverted overhanging structure. To solve the complex structural design problems of inclining reinforced-concrete-columns selected at the periphery, large holes opened in floor slab, and the top structure collected between building-A and building-B, the following strengthening measures were proposed. The prestressed steel strand was set in the inner frame beam intersecting the inclined column to simplify the mechanical model and determine the floor reinforcement. Concrete inclined column joint structure was reinforced. The top of the column in the double-height area of the hall connected by building-A and building-B was set with concrete beam to form a horizontal truss. The roof of building-A and building-B adopts curved quadrangular pyramidal grid structure. The steel awning between building-A and building-B adopts bidirectional cross arrangement of tubular flange steel beam. The results show that the ordinary inclining reinforced-concrete-columns scheme, after taking those measures, can achieve the goals of economic efficiency, safety, and reliability when used for inverted overhanging structures. The application of tubular flange steel beam in curved structures can achieve economic aesthetics, reasonable stress, and highly unified structures with architectural design, achieving good comprehensive benefits.
