四川泸定6.8级地震震中区域建筑震害考察与思考
摘要:四川省甘孜州泸定县发生6.8级地震后,对震中磨西镇及附近的房屋建筑震害情况进行多次考察。根据考察结果分析,现行规范关于场地地震作用放大系数的规定较为简单,建议应进行进一步细致研究;较多建筑底层发生严重破坏,甚至倒塌,建议对底部的刚度和承载力进一步提高;合理设计与施工的砌体结构在地震中表现良好;钢筋混凝土结构施工缝易发生滑移破坏,从而加重整体结构的破坏,建议对应整体结构性能目标进行施工缝验算;填充墙、装饰构件、吊顶和机电设备等非结构构件震害较多,建议从设计、施工和验收全过程控制,保证非结构构件的抗震性能。

Investigation and consideration of building damage in the epicenter of Sichuan Luding M6.8 earthquake
Abstract: After the 6.8 magnitude earthquake occurred in Luding County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, the damage of buildings in and around Moxi Town in the epicenter was investigated. According to the analysis of the investigation results, the provisions of the current code on the amplification coefficient of site seismic action are relatively simple, and it is suggested that further detailed research should be carried out. The first floor of buildings is seriously damaged or even collapsed, it is recommended to further improve the stiffness and bearing capacity of the bottom. The reasonably designed and constructed masonry structure performs well in earthquake. The construction joints of reinforced concrete structures are prone to slip failure, which aggravates the damage of the overall structure. It is recommended to check the construction joint corresponding to the overall structure performance target. Non structural components, such as infilled walls, decorative components, suspended ceilings and electromechanical equipments are subject to more seismic damage. It is recommended to control the whole process of design, construction and acceptance to ensure the seismic performance of non structural components
