Abstract: A large-scale commercial structure is located in the upper cover part of the structural roof of the metro depot, which belongs to the metro upper cover property. The problems encountered in the design of the large-scale commercial structure were analyzed and studied, and feasible solutions were put forward. Through the reasonable arrangement of structural column grid, the vertical members of commercial structure and the metro structure were aligned as much as possible. When the structural column of commercial structure and the metro structural column below were relatively small, the roof of the depot structure was regarded as the foundation, and the commercial structural column adopted the independent foundation, and the joint force with the structural top cover of the lower depot was not considered. When the eccentricity between the commercial structure column and the metro structure column was large, the composite beam stress model was adopted for the joint position of the depot structure roof and the commercial structure column, considering the joint force with the lower depot roof. ANSYS 15.0 software was used to analyze the force flows under different eccentric conditions, and the critical value of eccentricity of metro roof was obtained considering different stress conditions. According to the force flow analysis, when the eccentricity was less than 1.5 m, the structure model of independent foundation was selected; when the eccentricity was greater than 1.5 m, the stress model of composite beam was adopted. The horizontal shear force produced by the vertical member on the superimposed surface of the composite member were borne by the stirrup. The analysis results show that both commercial structure and depot roof can ensure the structural safety.
