卷烟工业企业公用工程系统运行能效指标研究与应用

摘要:空调系统、蒸汽锅炉系统和除尘系统是卷烟工业企业公用工程系统的主要能源消耗系统,国家、行业标准对以上系统制定了一些系统能效指标,卷烟企业的三级能耗定额管理也有相应的系统能效指标,但是这些指标均存在一定的问题。按照能效指标制定的原则,指出了现有能效指标的优缺点,提出了适用于运行阶段评价的系统能效指标。

Abstract: Air conditioning systems, steam boiler systems and dust removal systems are the main energy consumption systems of cigarette industrial enterprise utility systems. National and industrial standards have formulated some energy efficiency indicators for the above systems. The three-level energy quota management of cigarette enterprises also has corresponding system energy efficiency indicators, but these indicators have certain problems. According to the principle of formulating energy efficiency indicators, this paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of the existing energy efficiency indicators, and puts forward the system energy efficiency indicators suitable for operational evaluation.
