数据中心10kV供配电系统切换自动化工程实践

摘要:供电可靠性是数据中心的生命, 对于银行数据中心而言, 设计实施阶段一般均对此给予极大关注。譬如按照Uptime定义的最高可用性等级进行设计, 不仅市电双路进线, 甚至作为应急电源的柴油发电机系统也按照双母线输出设计, 功率按COP核算, 储油一般也不会低于24h。由于UPS储能部分一般按15min配置, 所以一旦市电失电, 柴油机代替市电供电, 切换过程靠人工操作肯定是无法满足运维要求。本文以国内某金融数据中心项目为例, 介绍一种大型高等级数据中心10kV供配电系统自动化切换的实现方案, 以资对类似工程的数据中心提高供电安全和智能化运维提供借鉴。

Switching Automation Practice of 10kV Power Supply and Distribution System in Data Center

Abstract: Power supply reliability is the life of data center. For the bank data center, this is generally given great attention during the design implementation phase, as definied by UPTIME, the highest availability level is designed not only as a dual feed line, even the diesel generator system as an emergency power supply is designed according to the double bus output. the power is calculated by COP and the oil storage is general not not less than 24 hours. Because the energy storage part of UPS is generally configured according to 15 minutes, once the power is lost and the diesel engine replaces the power supply, the switching process by manual can not meet the requiements of operationg and maintenance. Taking a financial data center project in China as an example, this paper introduces an automatic switching method for 10kV power supply and distribution system in a large high-grade data center, which can be used to improve the power supply security and intelligent operation and maintenance for the data center of similar projects for reference.
