摘要：简述医院改扩建项目的特点，并结合具体项目(某市中心医院改扩建项目)设计过程中电气专业遇到的难点，如规范更新对改建项目的影响、主机房的合理选择、新老设备的融合、设计与施工的衔接、净高控制等，提出解决问题的思路和方法。

Accommodation and Gain of Electrical Specialty in Hospital Reconstruction and Expansion Project
Abstract: This paper briefly describes the characteristics of the hospital reconstruction and expansion project, in combination with the difficulties encountered by the electrical specialty in the design process of the specific project(reconstruction and expansion project of a Municipal Central Hospital), such as the impact of specification update on the reconstruction project, the reasonable selection of main engine room, the integration of new and old equipment, the connection between design and construction, net height control, etc. The ideas and methods to solve the problems are put forward.
