碳减排背景下浅谈绿色照明与照明系统的能效评价

摘要:“双碳”战略背景下,实现建筑的节能减排尤为重要。在建筑机电系统的节能措施中,照明系统有着巨大的节能潜力。本文通过对T/CECS 643-2019《公共建筑机电系统能效分级评价标准》中“7.3照明”部分进行解析及讨论,主要分析规范条文中的评价要求和评分规则。对该章节中的条文如何在设计及运行维护中得以应用提出合理的建议。同时,简要介绍正在编写的规范《建筑电气系统能效评价标准》的相关内容。

Energy Efficiency Evaluation of Green Lighting and Lighting System under the Background of Carbon Emission Reduction

Abstract: Under the background of “double carbon” strategy, it is particularly important to realize building energy conservation and emission reduction. Among the energy-saving measures of building electromechanical system, lighting system has great energy-saving potential. This paper analyzes and discusses the part of "7.3 lighting“in the standard of “Assessment standard for energy efficiency classification of mechanical electrical Plumbing system in Public building” T/CECS 643-2019. It mainly analyzes the evaluation requirements and scoring rules in the normative provisions. It puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to apply the provisions in this chapter in design, construction, operation and maintenance. At the same time, this paper briefly introduces the code “Assessment standard for building electrical system”.
