基于精益建造的装配式建筑可持续发展方向分析
摘要：基于扎根理论研究方法，通过对装配式建筑精益施工案例资料与半结构化访谈数据的逐级编码，得出实现装配式建筑可持续发展的优化着眼点，即生产效率、经济效益、实施方法、管理方式、企业环境。在此基础上，对装配式建筑可持续发展的实现路径进行解析，为装配式建筑在我国的持续高质量发展提供理论依据。

Analysis of Sustainable Development Direction of Prefabricated Building Based on Lean Construction
Abstract: Based on the research method of grounded theory,through the step-by-step coding of the prefabricated building lean construction case data and semi-structured interview data,the paper obtaines the optimization focus of realizing the sustainable development of prefabricated building,namely,production efficiency,economic benefit,implementation method,management mode and enterprise environment. On this basis,analyzes the realization paths of prefabricated building,provides theory basis for continued high quality development of prefabricated building in our country.
