建设项目工程造价全过程控制方法研究
摘要：以财政部《基本建设财务规则》《基本建设项目建设成本管理规定》等文件为依据，围绕建设项目工程造价全过程控制，以规范管理、节约投资、实现资源优化配置与利用为目标，基于工程造价咨询视角，提出建设项目工程造价全过程控制——事前控制、事中控制、事后控制的重点及方法。

Study on the Whole Process Control Method of Construction Project Cost
Abstract: Based on such documents as the Financial Rules for Capital Construction and the Regulations on Cost Management of Capital Construction Projects issued by the Ministry of Finance,focusing on the whole process control of construction project cost,with the goal of standardized management,saving investment,and achieving optimal allocation and utilization of resources,and based on the perspective of project price consultation,this paper puts forward the key points and methods for the whole process control of construction project cost-pre control,in-process control,and post control.
